The Jackson School of International Studies offers many scholarships for academic work, study abroad, and internships to both undergraduate and graduate students.

Who's eligible?

Most scholarships are open to all Jackson School undergraduates who are full-time students, carrying a total of at least 36 quarter credits for the year of the scholarship.



How to Apply

Required documents:

  • Transcripts from all colleges attended, including current UW transcript. Transcripts may be unofficial.
  • Letter of recommendation, submitted directly through the “Reference” section of the online application. Note: for advice on seeking a letter of recommendation
  • Written Statement (details below).
  • Résumé (1-2 pages) (internship applications only)
