The John Paul Fechter Service Scholarship recognizes new transfer students who have demonstrated significant dedication to community service.

The scholarship has a value of $10,000 per year.

Who’s eligible?

• Students must be in good academic standing and accepted into Saint Louis University
• 30 transferable college credit hours
• Demonstration of significant involvement in community service

How to Apply

Once admitted to SLU, you may apply via your mySLU portal. Click on the Scholarship Suite icon under the Tools tab and complete the general application questions, then click Finish and Submit. Next, hover over the opportunities tab, select “Ours”, then search for “John P Fechter” and apply.
