Violet K. Hughes Jr. Education Scholarship 2027
The Violet K. ''32 and Henry T. Hughes, Jr. Scholarship from the Pauahi Foundation awards one postsecondary grant each cycle to a full-time graduate student or fifth-year certification student majoring in education at an accredited two- or four-year college in Hawaiʻi or the continental United States. Pauahi gives preference to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry where the law allows. You apply through the unified portal with transcripts, activities, and essays that show community service and commitment to the lāhui. The 2027-2028 cycle opens October 1, 2026 and closes December 1, 2026.
U'ilani Stender Scholarship 2027 - Pauahi
The U''ilani Stender Scholarship from the Pauahi Foundation supports up to four full-time U.S. undergraduates, graduate students, and vocational learners who show motivation to succeed and documented financial need. Pauahi gives special consideration to orphan or indigent applicants and to students with a cumulative GPA between 2.5 and 3.5, alongside its standard preference for Hawaiian ancestry where law allows. You submit Pauahi''s personal statement, activity list, and transcript, plus hardship documentation when the portal requests it. Residents of Hawaiʻi and the continental United States may apply. The 2027-2028 postsecondary portal opens October 1, 2026 and closes December 1, 2026.
Unigo $10K Scholarship 2027 - Smart, Funny or Rich?
Unigo's $10K Scholarship awards $10,000 to one legal U.S. resident age 14 or older who writes a creative 250-word essay answering whether they would rather be smart, funny, or rich, and why. Residents of all 50 states and the District of Columbia may apply if they are enrolled or will enroll in accredited postsecondary study by fall 2031. Submit one application at unigo.com by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 31, 2026. Judges score writing, creativity, originality, and excellence at 25 percent each.
TrustedPros Scholarship 2027 - $1,000 Trade Award
TrustedPros, the Toronto-based contractor-matching platform behind TrustedPros.com, runs an annual scholarship for students training in residential renovation and construction trades. Each year the company awards two $1,000 CAD grants: one reserved for a Canadian resident and one for a U.S. resident enrolled at an accredited college, university, or trade school in either country. U.S. applicants need a 3.0 GPA or higher, a letter showing financial need, a 1,000-word essay on how their trade could improve, and a recent transcript. Email the packet to [email protected] by 15 December; winners are announced 15 January. Past recipients may not reapply.
Top Ten List Scholarship 2027 - $1,500 Unigo Essay
Unigo's Top Ten List Scholarship awards $1,500 for a creative 250-word list of reasons you deserve the award. Legal U.S. residents age 14 or older in any of the 50 states or the District of Columbia may apply if they are enrolled or will enroll in accredited postsecondary study by fall 2031. Joseph J. Bogdan Healthcare Scholarship 2027 - $1,000
The Law Offices of Joseph J. Bogdan Healthcare Professional Scholarship awards $1,000 to one US citizen pursuing licensed healthcare training at an accredited US college, university, or trade school. Eligible paths include pre-med, pharmacy, nursing, physician assistant, dental assistant, EMT, phlebotomy, and pharmacy technician programs. You need a 3.5 cumulative GPA, must stay enrolled through Spring 2027, and submit a 90-second video plus transcript and enrollment proof by December 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM. First Generation Scholarship 2027 - $1,000 Essay

Commonwealth Mongan Fellowship 2027 - $80,000
The Commonwealth Fund Mongan Fellowship in Minority Health Policy at Harvard University, now branded as the Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Health Policy Leadership, is a one-year, full-time programme for US physicians who finished residency and want to lead health equity work. Up to five fellows per year receive an $80,000 stipend, full tuition for an MPH at Harvard Chan or an MPA at Harvard Kennedy School (if you already hold an MPH), health insurance, books, travel, and practicum support. You must be a US citizen or permanent resident, board eligible or certified, and committed to policy, public service, or academia. Expect simultaneous Harvard graduate school and fellowship applications around early December for a July start.
Crowder Law Firm Scholarship 2027 - $1,000 Essay
The Crowder Law Firm Scholarship from Darlina Crowder's Plano, Texas criminal defense practice awards $1,000 to high-achieving students nationwide who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited US college or university for the Spring 2027 semester. You must be at least 18, a US citizen or permanent resident, and hold a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher. The application asks for proof of Spring 2027 enrollment, an approximately 1,000-word essay on how you define the American Dream and whether you believe it is attainable today, and a professional headshot. SkillPointe Quarterly Scholarship 2027 - $1,000
The SkillPointe Foundation Quarterly Scholarship awards up to four $1,000 grants each quarter to US residents training for skilled trades and technical careers that do not require a four-year degree. Official rules list deadlines on the last day of March, June, September, and December at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. You apply online with contact details, background, training plans, and two original 250-word English responses on why you chose your career path and how the training supports your goals. Training must be at an approved community college, technical college, or certificate provider and must not count toward a college degree. Shainfeld Law Scholarship 2027 - $500 Pre-Law
Shainfeld Law PC awards a $500 scholarship to a US student pursuing pre-law studies or entering law school who writes an original one- to three-page essay on a legal topic that interests them. You need at least a 3.0 GPA, acceptance into a US program for the upcoming fall term, a resume, complete transcripts, a letter of acceptance, and a headshot if selected as a winner.
