ITE Diversity Scholars 2027 - Up to $20,000
The ITE Diversity Scholars Program, now branded as the ITE University Scholars Program, supports US high school seniors and community college transfer students who plan to study transportation engineering, planning, or related fields at a four-year university with an ITE Student Chapter. Scholars can receive up to $20,000 total, paid up to $4,000 per year for as many as five years, plus mentoring, chapter engagement, and internship connections. Applicants need a 3.0 high school GPA, US citizenship or lawful permanent residency, and preference goes to first-generation and Pell-eligible students. Applications are due March 15 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the ITE scholarship platform.
Boilermakers College Scholarships 2027 - Up to $5,000
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers awards college scholarships of up to $5,000 to dependents of members in good standing in the United States and Canada. High school seniors entering an accredited two- or four-year programme within one year of graduation may apply online at scholarships.boilermakers.org between January 1 and March 1 each year. Required materials include proof of dependency, a transcript, optional SAT or ACT scores for US applicants, and a 350 to 500 word essay on why someone should consider a union Boilermaker career. The committee selects winners in April and notifies recipients by May 15.
IABA Scholarships 2027 - Up to $5,000 for Actuaries
The International Association of Black Actuaries (IABA) Scholarship Program supports Black undergraduate and graduate students pursuing actuarial careers with merit awards typically from $1,500 to $5,000 per year. Recipients also receive a travel stipend and hotel accommodations to attend the IABA Annual Meeting. Applicants must show progress toward actuarial exams or VEE requirements. Hyatt Hotels Fund Minority Lodging Scholarship 2027
The Hyatt Hotels Fund for Minority Lodging Management Students, administered by the AHLA Foundation, awards $3,000 to minority juniors and seniors majoring in hospitality management at accredited US colleges. Marsala Lifelong Hobby Scholarship 2027 - $1,000
The Marsala Law Group Lifelong Hobby Scholarship from criminal defense attorney Dominick Marsala awards $1,000 each semester to U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled at an accredited college or university with at least a 3.0 GPA. You submit a short video (three minutes or less) describing your lifelong hobby, how you keep it alive while juggling school and work, and how it helps you in other areas of life, plus proof of enrollment, GPA documentation, a headshot, and the online form at marsalalawgroup.com/scholarship. The firm runs the program twice a year. For Spring 2027 enrollment, plan on a deadline around March 9, 2027 unless the sponsor posts new dates.
