O'Brien & Eggleston PLLC Scholarship 2027 - $1,000
O''Brien & Eggleston PLLC awards a $1,000 scholarship to a US citizen or work-authorized student who will attend college in fall 2027 as a pre-law undergraduate or first-year law student. Applicants need a 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA, an acceptance letter from a US school, and proof of legal residency. Submit a resume, 1–3 page law-themed essay, transcripts, and residency documents through the firm online form by 15 February 2027. The winner is notified around 28 February 2027.
Norwich Women's Club Scholarship 2027
The Norwich Women''s Club Scholarship, administered by VSAC, helps Norwich, Vermont residents pay for education beyond high school at Title IV schools. Awards range from $500 to $6,000, with about ten scholarships in a typical cycle. Students of all ages may apply, including past winners. Oscar Kenshur Book Prize 2027 - $1,000
The Oscar Kenshur Book Prize, administered by Indiana University''s Center for Eighteenth-Century Studies with books routed through the American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (ASECS), honors the year''s best English-language monograph in interdisciplinary eighteenth-century studies. Winners receive $1,000 plus a symposium dedicated to the book, with travel costs covered for the author. Publishers or authors typically send three print copies marked for the Kenshur Prize to the ASECS office on a January deadline tied to the prior calendar year''s copyright date. Edited essay collections, translations, and monographs by Indiana University Bloomington faculty are ineligible. NGC College Scholarships 2027 - $4,000 Awards
National Garden Clubs, Inc. awards about 45 college scholarships of $4,000 each year to US students majoring in horticulture, environmental studies, and related fields tied to the garden club mission. Sophomores may apply for junior year; juniors, seniors, and master''s students may apply for the upcoming academic year. Submit the online NGC application, financial aid form, transcripts, one-page applicant letter, activities list, and two recommendations by February 1. Funds are mailed in late July to your financial aid office.
National Board Technical Scholarship 2027 - Up to $12K
The National Board Technical Scholarship from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) awards $6,000 to $12,000 to students enrolled full time in accredited US or Canadian colleges pursuing mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, industrial, welding, or chemical engineering or closely related fields. You must be the child, stepchild, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a current or former National Board commissioned inspector or NBBI employee. Applications open September 1, 2026, and are due February 28, 2027, with notification by March 31.
Nancy Lorraine Jensen Scholarship 2027 - STEM Women
The Nancy Lorraine Jensen Memorial Scholarship from the Sons of Norway Foundation supports US women ages 17 to 35 who study chemistry, physics, or chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering at the undergraduate level. Awards range from half tuition for one term up to full tuition for one year, renewable for up to three years. You need Sons of Norway membership or qualifying family membership, SAT 1200 (math 600+) or ACT 26+, and at least one completed college term. Applications open October 1 and are due January 15 through the Sons of Norway online portal.
Nancy B Woolridge McGee Fellowship 2027 - ZNEF
The Nancy B. Woolridge McGee Graduate Fellowship from the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority National Educational Foundation awards about $500 to $1,000 to Zeta Phi Beta members pursuing a full-time graduate or professional degree at an accredited US college or university. College directories describe the fellowship as renewable for fall-through-spring study when you remain eligible. You apply through the ZNEF AwardSpring portal with transcripts, three recommendation letters, a 150-word essay, and proof of enrollment. The fund typically closes around February 1 each year, with payment sent to your institution.
Mildred Towle Scholarship 2027 - Hawaii HCF
The Mildred Towle Scholarship for African-Americans from the Hawaiʻi Community Foundation supports U.S. citizens of African-American ethnicity who demonstrate financial need and at least a 3.0 GPA while enrolled full time at a college or university in Hawaiʻi. Preference goes to social sciences related to international understanding and interracial fellowship, and to prior recipients in good standing. You do not need Hawaiʻi residency. Apply through the HCF Common Scholarship Application when the 2027-2028 cycle opens December 8, 2026 and closes February 26, 2027 at 4 p.m. HST with FAFSA, transcripts, and any fund-specific essays.
Northwest Vermont Accounting Scholarship 2027
The Northwest Vermont Accounting Scholarship, sponsored by the Vermont Community Foundation fund and administered by VSAC, awards two $1,000 scholarships to residents of Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille, or Washington County who pursue accounting degrees at Title IV schools. You need FAFSA-documented need, academic achievement on your transcript, essay #1, and one non-relative recommendation. Enter NWVTACCT on the Unified Scholarship Application by February 11, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
Nichols Family Ag & Env Science 2027
The Nichols Family Scholarship for Agriculture and Environmental Science, administered by VSAC, offers up to two awards of $6,250 for Vermont undergraduates majoring in agriculture or environmental studies. Full-time enrollment at a Title IV school, FAFSA-documented need, essay #1, and one non-relative recommendation are required. Enter NICHOLS-AG on the Unified Scholarship Application by February 11, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Awards may renew for up to three additional years.
Nichols Family Scholarship 2027 - Up to $6,250
The Nichols Family Scholarship from VSAC honors Francis and Louise Nichols and their children with up to two awards of $6,250 each for Vermont undergraduates who have faced adversity and show financial need. North Central Region 9 Scholarship 2027
The North Central Region 9 Scholarship from the SME Education Foundation supports high school seniors and undergraduates pursuing associate or bachelor degrees in manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering, or industrial technology at accredited two- or four-year colleges in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Michigan''s Upper Peninsula. You need a 3.0 GPA. First preference goes to SME North Central Region members and their spouses, children, or grandchildren; second preference goes to residents of those states.
