Netflix Internship Program 2027 - Paid 12-Week Roles
Netflix runs a paid summer internship program in the United States, India, Poland and Japan, built around a 12-week placement that embeds you in a team rather than parking you on a side project. Most openings sit in Engineering and Data and Insights, with others across Content, Finance and Strategy, Marketing and Program Management. Netflix states the pay range on its own postings: the market range for internships is typically $40 to $85 an hour on the current Winter 2027 listings, quoted as total compensation. Eligibility is short. You must be enrolled at a university studying for a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree, and the program is meant for students going back to school for at least a semester afterwards. There is no closing date. Roles post from mid-August to early September and the intern recruiting season runs to the end of March, with applications reviewed as they arrive.
Google Cybersecurity Course 2027 - Certificate Guide
The Google Cybersecurity Course 2027 is the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, an eight-course professional programme built by Google security teams and taught on Coursera. It takes most people about six months at seven hours a week, assumes no degree and no prior experience, and ends with a shareable certificate plus preparation for the CompTIA Security+ exam. It is not free: Coursera charges $49 per month in the US and Canada after a 7-day free trial, so finishing inside six months costs most learners under $300. Financial aid is available on the page for anyone who cannot pay. Enrolment is open every day of the year with no application, no deadline and no selection round.
CSIS Internships 2027 - Paid Policy Research in DC
The Center for Strategic and International Studies runs paid internships in Washington, DC across its research programs, in the fall, spring and summer terms, for undergraduates, graduate students and recent graduates. Interns are paid by the hour on a published scale of $18.40 for current undergraduates, $19.40 for hires holding a bachelor's degree and $20.40 for hires holding a master's, and they join the programming of the Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy alongside roughly 200 other interns a year. There is no single application and no single cutoff. Each program posts its own intern role on the CSIS careers portal, and the pattern CSIS publishes is February postings for the summer term, July for the fall term and October for the spring term. Work authorisation in the United States is the hard gate, since CSIS does not sponsor visas for interns, and housing is not provided.
Georgia Mining Foundation Scholarship 2027 - $500-$4,000
The Georgia Mining Foundation runs three separate scholarship tracks for Georgia students and hands out more than $40,000 a year between them. High school seniors heading to an accredited Georgia college can apply for a $500 award or one of the larger $1,000 awards, students heading to one of Georgia's technical colleges have their own $500 programme, and one senior a year wins the Endowment scholarship worth $1,000 a year across four years. Everything goes in the post on paper. The Foundation does not accept electronic copies, and the packet has to be postmarked by the deadline. The 2026 cycle closed in March 2026, and the 2027 packets are expected on the same page later in the year.
Hubert Humphrey Fellowship 2028-2029 - Fully Funded
The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship brings mid-career professionals from more than 100 eligible countries to the USA for a 10-month, non-degree year of graduate-level study, leadership training and a six-week professional affiliation. The US Department of State pays tuition and fees, a monthly maintenance allowance, a settling-in allowance, accident and sickness cover, a book allowance, a one-time computer subsidy, international airfare and a professional development allowance. You apply through the US Embassy or Binational Fulbright Commission in your own country, and each one sets its own deadline.
Anthropic Fellows Program 2027 - AI Safety Research
The Anthropic Fellows Program pays technical people to spend four months doing full-time empirical AI research with an Anthropic mentor, aiming at a public output such as a paper. Fellows receive a weekly stipend of 3,850 USD (2,310 GBP or 4,300 CAD), benefits that vary by country, and roughly 15,000 dollars a month of compute funding. Five workstreams run under the same programme: AI Safety, AI Security, ML Systems and Performance, Reinforcement Learning, and the Anthropic Institute covering economics and policy. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis for the next cohort, which Anthropic expects to start in January 2027. The hard gate is location: you must already hold work authorisation in the US, the UK or Canada and be in that country during the programme, because no visas are sponsored for fellows.
University of California Mastercard Scholarship 2027
The University of California Mastercard Scholarship is the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at UC Berkeley, run out of the Center for African Studies. It pays the full cost of a master's degree for citizens of African countries: travel, tuition, Berkeley student fees, visa and SEVIS fees, housing, food, living costs and a leadership and entrepreneurship programme alongside the degree. There is no separate scholarship form to hunt for. You apply to an eligible UC Berkeley master's programme first, the degree programme nominates you, and the Scholars Program then invites you to a supplemental application in February, an interview in March and a decision in late March or early April. Doctoral and undergraduate students are not eligible, and Berkeley will keep recruiting Scholars through the fall of 2028.
Auburn Graduate School Scholarship 2027 - $37,000/yr PGRF
Auburn University does not run a single application-based Graduate School scholarship. Its flagship award is the Presidential Graduate Research Fellowship, and it is generous: a minimum of $37,000 a year built from a $15,000 President's Fellowship, a minimum $7,000 Dean's Fellowship and a minimum $15,000 graduate research assistantship, plus a full in-state and out-of-state tuition waiver, held for three years of doctoral study. Each of Auburn's 12 colleges can award new fellowships every year for a fall start. You cannot apply directly. Your major professor or department chair nominates you, so the route in is to apply for doctoral admission and tell the Graduate Program Officer you want to be considered. Student fees and the graduate enrollment fee are not covered.
American University EGLS Scholarship 2027 - Fully Funded
The American University EGLS Scholarship 2027 (AU Emerging Global Leader Scholarship) covers all billable AU expenses, meaning full tuition, room and board, for two international students entering American University in Washington DC in Fall 2027. The award is renewable across four years of undergraduate study and is open to students in every major AU offers. Alongside the two full awards, AU offers up to eight AU EGL Partial Scholarships worth up to US $40,000 per year, drawn from the same applicant pool with no separate form. Applicants must need an F-1 or J-1 visa; US citizens, permanent residents and US dual citizens cannot apply. The Common Application and the AU EGLS essays are both due 15 January 2027.
Citadel Travel Grant 2026 - Fully Funded Conferences
The Citadel Conference Travel Grant sends students in quantitative fields to the world's top technical conferences with the bill paid. Citadel buys the full-access conference pass, books round-trip airfare and lodging through its own travel agency, hands out Uber vouchers for the airport and the week, and adds a meal stipend on top. Grace Hopper is the one exception, where the pass itself is not part of the grant. Eligible conferences run from Grace Hopper and NeurIPS to ICML, ICLR, ACL and the Global Physics Summit, and you can apply to as many as you like. The application is unusually light: an email address and a resume. For the 2026 round, Grace Hopper in Anaheim closes 25 September 2026 and NeurIPS in Sydney closes 5 October 2026. Citadel publishes no cash figure for the grant and there are no post-conference obligations.
NYU CERA PhD Scholarship 2027 - Fully Funded at Tandon
The NYU CERA PhD Scholarship 2027 is funded doctoral study in the Climate, Energy and Risk Analytics Lab at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, led by Assistant Professor Yuki Miura. The lab's own recruitment notice promises full tuition coverage, a PhD stipend, health insurance and research and conference support. You start by filling in the CERA interest form, then apply formally to the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering PhD and name Yuki Miura as your intended advisor. Tandon reviews all PhD applications for Fall entry by 1 December, and the lab reads interest forms on a rolling basis, so early is better.
Harvard University MBA Scholarship 2027 - 75% of Tuition
The Harvard University MBA Scholarship is funded by the Boustany Foundation and granted once every two years to a single candidate joining Harvard Business School. It pays 75% of tuition fees and covers travel, accommodation and food for a compulsory two-month internship at the Foundation's office in Monaco. You can only apply once Harvard Business School has offered you a place, and the Foundation asks for a CV with a photograph, official GMAT scores and your acceptance letter. The next award goes to the class commencing Autumn 2027, with candidacies closing on 31 May 2027 and the winner named during June 2027.
